Your room will be ready for you at 03.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please leave your room until 11.00 am on the day of departure. We will gladly store your luggage. Our reception is open from Tuesday to Friday until 09.00 pm and from Saturday to Monday until 5.00 pm. On these days contactless check in is possible. Please inform us if you arrive late.

For late check-in or late check-out as well as any other questions please ask our reception.

We gladly welcome guests of all ages to our Hotel Alpenrose. The following rates are valid for our youngest guests:
Baby bed, up to three years € 0 per night | Extra bed with breakfast € 30 per night | Accommodation in the parents‘ room with extra bed and half-board, up to 11 years of age € 45 per night | Accommodation in the parents‘ room with extra bed and half-board, up to 13 years of age € 51 per night

Our prices are in Euro per room and day, including breakfast buffet, non-alcoholic drinks, Wi-Fi, sauna, taxes and service charges. Not including tourism tax of € 2 per person/day.

You can pay your bill in cash, with cash- or credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa und Mastercard/Eurocard as well as all the standard EC and ATM cards.

Private individual bookings can be cancelled until 24 hours prior to arrival free of charge. Travel groups: Prepayment and cancellation deadlines and/or charges by arrangement.

All our rooms feature telephone, flat TV (cable TV), desk, Wi-Fi, safe, bathroom with hair-dryer, vanity mirror and body care products. We also offer wheelchair-accessible rooms, please inform us about your wishes and needs upon booking.

All our rooms are non-smoking areas.

Our guests can park directly in front of the hotel free of charge.
